Electioneering at Netimperative; and Factcheck (the UK one) gets an RSS feed
This week’s column at Netimperative looks at the (sodding) election, and what difference there’s going to be from 2001 because of all the developments online since then - blogs, online fact-checking, theyworkforyou.com, and so on.
And in separate but related news, Channel 4’s Factcheck (which I wrote about previously) now has an RSS feed. Wow, how’s that for listening to your users. Can this truly be a news organisation?
- These posts might be related (the database thinks..):
- Channel 4's Factcheck: nice idea, except.. where's the RSS feed? (3 April 2005; score: 115.28%)
- Netimperative: what's wrong with government telling us about technology (12 February 2005; score: 60.13%)
- My take on the BBC licence fee in the future digital age (4 March 2005; score: 47.88%)

It’s a shame that the Factcheck RSS feed is broken in Firefox, well it’s badly formed XML due to blank lines at the top, and doesn’t have an auto find link in the page header. I’ve dropped them a line about both of these.
