It’s written by Peter Maurer, the same guy who brought us Textpander.This is similar to an idea I had earlier today: something that would tell me what key combinations (eg Shift-Apple-A) have already been claimed in whatever application; then I could assign shortcuts for scripts and so on to the free ones sfely. Service Scrubber owns! It works on Tiger and Panther. It’s great to see all that service menu clutter out of the way!
