| So there I was checking my Hotmail email in Safari, when I noticed this. Wow! I can get onto the whizzy Hotmail Live Windows Mail Personal Experience 1.0 Embedded Consumer Beta just by clicking a link and signing up (which will probably involve mother’s maiden name, inside leg, and inside leg of mother’s maiden name but hey, that’s why we preserve multiple identities for our online lives. Excuse me? I have a bad URL? You gave it to me. I tried this twice because I couldn’t quite believe it, and then I went around again because it was clearly well-rooted, and took disbelieving screenshots. Will Microsoft ever get past its browser envy? Gmail could manage to work in Safari. Is Windows Live really serious about anything?
